Southwest Salad Dressing

1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
2 tsp. lime juice
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. fresh cilantro, minced
1/2 tsp. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. water
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. coriander
1/4 tsp. Tabasco chipotle sauce
pinch dried thyme
pinch cumin

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Cover and chill in the fridge for an hour before serving over whatever salad fixings you want. I used lettuce, corn, black beans, avocado, black olives, and crushed up tortilla chips. Enjoy!
